RESIDENTIAL AND BUSINESS ACCOUNTS
The Landowner will provide self-identification, proof of ownership (Warranty Deed, Warranty Deed with Vendor's Lien, etc.), a physical address generated by the county or city and, if other than residential, will disclose what sort of business will be conducted at the location.
Olmito Water Supply Corporation determines services available on-site.
All documents are completed and Landowner pays all fees.
A work order is generated to install the meter within 10 business days.
The minimum fees are billed within 30 days. The member must pay the minimum amount to keep the account active whether the services are being used or not.
SUBDIVISIONS
The Landowner will sign the Service Agreement and pay all fees in full up front.
After the Service Agreement is signed, Olmito Water Supply Corporation will sign a 30-year agreement, if applicable, and the plat.
